Site Manager (Ehv Switchgear / Testing & Commissioning)

Position : Site Manager (EHV Switchgear / Testing & Commissioning) Location : Alexandra Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 Basic + Midnight Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months) + Medical Benefits ($500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 18 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips Duration : Perm Industry : Automation Responsibilities: Test and commission protection and control systems after modification works to ensure operational readiness. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, business partners and end customers to ensure timely project delivery. Work closely with end customers to verify design accuracy, project requirements and milestone timelines. Prepare, manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with client specifications and quality standards. Ensure all site activities comply with regulatory, safety and occupational health requirements. Monitor site progress, resolve operational issues and support smooth project execution. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager for SPPG 66kV / 230kV / 400kV switchgear projects. Must possess SPPG EHVN Pink Pass to supervise works at SPPG live substations. Good knowledge of protection and control systems, testing and commissioning works. Strong coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Meticulous, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
