Our client is an established manufacturing company in Singapore, specialising in customised premium products that require strong design detailing, precision engineering and quality craftsmanship. They are currently looking for a 3D CAD Engineer to support technical drawings, 3D modelling, CNC programming and prototype development. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy combining creativity with technical engineering. You will work closely with designers and production teams to turn concepts into accurate 3D models and manufacturing-ready drawings, while gaining exposure to CNC machining, 3D printing and process improvement. Responsibilities: Prepare technical drawings and 3D engineering designs for manufacturing. Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D models for presentation and production. Generate CNC toolpaths and machine-specific codes for multi-axis machining. Develop prototypes using 3D printing technologies. Collaborate with designers to achieve the intended aesthetics, functionality and manufacturability. Research and recommend new machinery, tools and technologies to improve production efficiency. Requirements: Diploma in 3D Drafting, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Relevant experience in 3D drafting, CNC programming, precision engineering or manufacturing design. Mechanical Engineering background will be an advantage. Familiar with technical drawings, 3D modelling and production-related design files. Knowledge of CNC machining, multi-axis machining or 3D printing technologies will be advantageous. Detail-oriented, analytical and able to work closely with design and production teams. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who can only communicate in Mandarin.
