Retail Associate

Position : Retail Associate Location : Central Working hours : 5 Days Work Week, 8/10 hours shift - Sunday to Thursday: 11.00AM to 9.30PM, Friday to Saturday: 11.00AM to 10PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,300 Basic + Commissions + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment Duration : Perm Industry : Retail Responsibilities: Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance satisfaction. Generate new business through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries. Uphold service excellence standards and brand presentation. Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory checks. Maintain high standards of boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising at all times. Requirements: Minimum ITE Qualifications or a related field Prior experience in retail rostering management Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications ALL WELCOME!
