Business Development Manager (Led)

Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities across APAC and domestic markets, driving sustainable revenue growth and customer acquisition. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, convert opportunities into revenue, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to achieve business targets Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners, driving performance, sales growth, and market penetration. Collaborate with regional accounts and partners to maximize business opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance customer engagement. Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, support product launches, and provide partners with product knowledge, pricing updates, and promotional strategies. Oversee order processing, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution activities. Track sales performance, distributor effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and accounts receivable to support informed decision-making and healthy business operations.
