Responsibilities: Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce capability needs. Identify competency gaps and recommend learning solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support talent development and succession planning initiatives. Conduct training needs analysis across operational, corporate, and leadership functions. Design and manage learning roadmaps, technical training, leadership development, onboarding, and soft skills programs. Drive leadership and management development initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline and employee capabilities. Benchmark learning practices and introduce innovative learning solutions to enhance employee development.
