About this role
Responsibilities: Lead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to support business growth, product expansion, and supply chain scalability. Establish supplier quality standards, governance frameworks, and performance metrics while managing key risks. Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance capability, reliability, and operational excellence. Oversee global supplier engineering activities, including qualification, validation, and manufacturability alignment. Manage quality performance across EMS and external manufacturing partners, ensuring KPI achievement and issue resolution. Support NPI by ensuring supplier readiness, qualification, and seamless transition from development to mass production. Lead global teams and supplier performance management through scorecards, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
