About this role
Responsibilities: Deliver technical service and field support across the Southeast Asia region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment performance Carry out equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and validation activities at customer sites. Support business expansion through technical consultation, new equipment deployment, application support, customer training, and execution of service agreements. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency while minimising customer downtime. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues using established diagnostic methods and service tools.
