Events / Catering Sales Manager

To serve as the strategic driver of La Table d’Emma sales profitability and market presence by proactively identify new market opportunities and lead-sourcing channels while optimizing event orders for maximum profitability. Job Scope · Take charge of sales profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering · Proactively drive revenue growth by identifying new leads and expand existing accounts through strategic networking and referrals · Establish and manage strategic relationships with clients, corporate accounts and travel agencies to secure recurring business and long-term partnerships · Identify and capture upselling opportunities within event services, production support, and value-added offerings. · Serve as the dedicated point of contact, managing client expectations from confirmation through to flawless execution · Translate client objectives into actionable event briefs, comprehensive project timelines, and detailed run sheets · Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving services to clients · Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with culinary and operations teams to guarantee menu accuracy and event readiness Skills and Qualification · Diploma/ Degree in any major · At least 2 years of sales experience in Event / Fine Catering industry will be preferred · Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills · Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines · Motivated and driven individual
