About this role

Job Description We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and administer support for the company’s foreign worker operations function within the construction sector. This full-time role involves the administration and coordination of onboarding processes including handling matters related to worker accommodation, welfare, and training, as well as ensuring smooth worker deployment for project operations. The role also includes monitoring worker documentation and certification requirements, along with performing general administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage work-pass related administrative matters, including taking ownership of documentation and distribution of work pass cards Maintain foreign worker personal files, ensuring accurate up-to-date records in HR databases Coordinate and support onboarding processes, including arrival arrangements, accommodation, general welfare matters, and initial setup Track certification requirements and coordinate necessary registration and/or renewal of training courses (e.g. CSOC, AWSH) with the training providers Prepare and handle the full spectrum of foreign worker payroll-related administration, including maintaining records of overtime, allowances, and deductions Liaise with project teams to support manpower deployment and allocations Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Relevant experience in foreign worker administration or construction HR preferred Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with good communication, organisational, and coordination abilities *Salary commensurate with relevant experiences and qualifications
