Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the Front Desk Receptionist , we rely on you to: Check guests in and out efficiently using front desk and reservation systems toensure smooth arrivals and departures Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to provide tailoredsolutions that meet their needs Communicate clearly and engage warmly with international and domestic guests to enhance their resort experience Maintain smooth and efficient guest service operations to support overall guestsatisfaction Contribute actively to improving guest satisfaction scores through attentive service and problem resolution Collaborate with team members to deliver a memorable and welcoming resort environment for all guests.
