Job Summary As a Room Attendant, you will maintain andclean guest rooms and public areas, replenish supplies, coordinate laundryservices, and report maintenance issues to ensure a high standard of guestcomfort and satisfaction. As the Room Attendant , we rely on you to: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Shangri-La room standards to ensure a welcoming environment Replenish room supplies promptly to meet guest needs Coordinate with valets to collect guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the guestrooms and uphold resort standards Identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department for timely resolution Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest service and uphold resort reputation We are looking for someone who: Relevant hospitality experience to supporteffective room maintenance and guest service Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests andteam members Self-motivation and ability to work wellindependently and as part of a team Pride in hospitality work and commitment to high service standards We Offer 5-day work week Learning and Development opportunities for career development Medical and insurance coverage Special employee discount within Shangri-La Group Duty Meals and shuttle bus provided If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
