As part of this transformation, they are looking foran experienced Product Lead to join a newly established product team. Working closely with the Design Lead and Engineering Lead, you will play a key role in shaping, launching, and scaling digital products that deliver meaningful outcomes and create lasting value for users and the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring abalance of strategic thinking and execution. You will drive product discovery, define product priorities, engage stakeholders, and guide product delivery while establishing product management best practices and mentoring future Product Managers. JOBDESCRIPTION 1. Product Strategy and Discovery Lead product discovery efforts to understand user needs, business challenges, and operational opportunities. Work directly with users, business owners, and stakeholders to identify and validate high-value problem statements. Define product vision, outcomes,and success metrics. Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align user needs, organisational priorities, and delivery realities. Drive evidence-based decisionmaking through research, experimentation, and data. 2. Product Delivery and Execution Work closely with the Design Leadand Engineering Lead to deliver and continuously improve digital products. Translate product vision into actionable priorities and product backlogs. Make prioritisation decisions basedon user value, organisational outcomes, and delivery constraints. Drive iterative delivery through experimentation, prototyping and continuous learning. Balance short-term wins with long-termproduct sustainability. 3. Product Team Formation Help establish first product teamand define how product management will operate within the organisation. Introduce and embed modern product management practices and ways of working. Create repeatable frameworks, processes and playbooks for future product teams. Serve as a role model for future Product Managers and apprentices. 4. StakeholderLeadership Build strong relationships with business owners, operational teams, senior management, and external partners. Facilitate alignment across competing priorities and stakeholder interests. Drive organisational adoption of product thinking and outcome-based delivery. Communicate product direction,trade-offs and outcomes clearly to stakeholders. 5. ProductGrowth and Continuous Improvement Monitor product adoption, user satisfaction, and operational outcomes. Use insights, analytics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product. Drive product adoption and organisational buy-in. Ensure products continue delivering value beyond initial launch. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business, ProductManagement, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Design or any related discipline Significant experience (typically8+ years) leading digital products and services from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of Product Discovery, Agile delivery, Lean experimentation, Design Thinking and product-centric delivery. Experience making prioritisation decisions using user research, data, business value and technical considerations. Strong product judgement and ability to make informed trade-offs under uncertainty. Experience building product road maps and defining measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to defineproduct vision, strategy and road maps, influence product direction through evidence-based decision making, and drive measurable user and organisational outcomes. Experience establishing product management practices, building multidisciplinary product teams, and embedding product-centric ways of working within an organisation would be highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, without relying on formal authority. Passion for coaching and developing future product talent.
