CONTRACT / PERMANENT JOBS! HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER OPERATIONS SUPPORT ENGINEER PLATFORM OPERATIONS ENGINEER 4 numbers required SINGAPOREANS / PRs ONLY (S$6,000.00 & ABOVE - According to Experience) Contractual Period 1 Year (Start Immediate) LOCATION Singapore ABOUT THE ROLE The L1 Support Engineer will serve as the first-lineoperational support resource across a portfolio of enterprise platforms. Key responsibilities include: Monitor and manage support mailboxes, ensuring timelyresponse and resolution of user requests Log, track, and manage support tickets through toresolution, ensuring SLAs are met Triage incoming issues, categorise by priority andplatform, and escalate complex technical matters to the L2/AMS team asappropriate Coordinate with L2 and technical teams to ensure smoothhandover and follow-through on escalated issues Communicate clearly with end users on issue status,resolution timelines, and workarounds Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledgebase articles Support recurring governance and compliance activitiesacross platforms Expected to provide operational support across thefollowing enterprise platforms: Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Workato UiPath RPA Cumulus (Workday) Tableau Slack JOB REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in IT helpdesk, application support, or L1/L2 operations roles Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Salesforce, Workato, UiPath,Workday/Cumulus, Tableau, or Slack Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM practices (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) Candidates should possess at least one or two relevant platform skill sets Candidates have the relevant experience and platform exposure.
