About this role

The sales coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager for Consumer Sales courses. The position is responsible for coordinating course registrations, payments, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth enrolment and class execution. The role also requires proactive customer engagement, particularly in managing class deferments or cancellations, and upselling alternative courses to enhance customer experience and achieve the confirmation of classes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales · Daily outreach and engageworking people to upskill and improve their employability or achieve theirlearning aspirations. · Propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events). · Actively participate in assigned corporate events, roadshows, class visits, and seminars. · Actively scout the environment to grow one's sales portfolio. · Build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one's portfolio. · Responsible for personalsales portfolio. · Follow up on sales leads.Target will be shared upon assignment of role. · Perform telesales and handling of virtual appointments. Administration · Manage day-to-day sales administration for public run course participants. · Coordinate and process course registrations, payments, and confirmation of enrolments. · Proactively engage clients in cases of deferment or cancellation, with the aim of upselling alternative courses. · Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, registrations, and payments in the company’s CRM and Training Management System (TMS). · Workclosely with the Operations team to ensure seamless course delivery. · Assistin planning course schedules and preparing sales reports when required. · Handleincoming calls or email from prospects or existing customers, · Contact potential customers from provided databases or leads. · Persuade customers to enrol, renew, or switch to alternative…
