Key Responsibilities As an Administrative Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our training centre by: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of HR & Administration. Coordinating and maintaining HR and administrative documentation, records, and filing systems. Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents. Assisting with office administration, procurement, and general operational coordination. Welcoming and attending to walk-in learners and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Advising prospective learners on SQC's training programmes and assisting them with course enquiries and registration. Managing course registrations, learner records, and administrative processes accurately. Supporting HR and company events, staff engagement activities, and other assigned projects. Key Requirements Has a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource, Office Administration, or a related discipline. Has at least 1 year of relevant administrative or customer service experience (experience in a training or education environment will be an advantage). Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates a strong customer service mindset with a pleasant and professional personality. Is meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing as a team player. Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and supporting their learning journey. Why Join SQC?
