Product Executive

About the role As a Product Executive at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our innovative communication products. In this full-time position based in the North-East Region, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and user guides Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of our products Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven enhancements Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality of product components Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful product adoption and utilisation Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Product Management 1 years of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes, including ideation, development, launch, and maintenance Proficiency in using product management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the communications technology landscape What we offer At Setelco Communications Pte.
