Quality Technician (Jurong Island)

Quality Technician (Jurong Island) Responsibilities Support production shift team with sample testing Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, Ampule, gel bottles and other laboratory glassware. Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment. Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment. Review and revise for QC process flow, control plan and SOP of analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complain. Investigate root cause and take corrective action plan. Planning for analytical process modification and analytical process change. Requirements Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering field or other relevant certificates Possess Analytical knowledge and Skills such as gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, gel analysis, Karl Fischer’s method and titration method) are preferred Highly motivated, a team player, with the ability to multitask and project management skills Understand quality policy and basic rule.
