Clinic Assistant (Patron Service Officer)

Full time: 5 days, 10am-9pm (1.5 - 2hr breaktime) Attractive remuneration package commensurate with relevant experience. Those with more experience might be considered for senior role Job Description: Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service Attend to enquiry via phone calls Schedule patient’s appointment Process invoice and payment collections Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products To perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements： At least Secondary School / "O" level or equivalent Basic IT knowledge Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays Work Location: Multiple locations across Singapore!
