Operations Executive

Responsibilities Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance Ensure smooth running of clinic operations Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents Execute all company’s therapists related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance Plan therapists training and skillset assessment Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs. Requirements Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field Min Diploma / Degree in any field Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Communication skills with customer service orientation Meticulous with a keen eye for details Works well independently and has strong operational skills Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
