Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES Support backend Retail Operations. Manage quotations, invoices and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders once it is endorsed. Data entry and filing Preparation of data reports. Monitor and manage the outlets’ maintenance supplies such as store amenities. Handle email enquiries regarding stock allocation, and tracking of sales leads. Compile monthly sell-out report for internal and external stakeholders. Disseminate information from the Brands Department to respective outlets. Ensuring that the in-house system is running smoothly for day-to-day operations. Manage purchase orders and incoming stocks with brand principles. Conduct physical audit check in Boutiques to ensure adherence to Retail Operations SOPs. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of relevant working experience Diploma/Degree holder Good command of written and spoken English Good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to details Able to multi-task & work independently
