Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to construction workers and monitor their work progress to ensure project timelines are met Supervise and coordinate construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and uphold safety standards Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with project goals Address and resolve worker issues promptly, including direct communication at dormitories when necessary Visit workers’ dormitories to communicate and resolve problems to support workforce well-being Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience supervising foreign workers to improve team management and communication Demonstrated leadership and manpower management skills to guide teams effectively Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet tight project schedules
