Mindset Learning Hub (MLH), a service by the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH),supports persons with mental health conditions in developing the skills, confidence, and work readiness needed to achieve meaningful employment and community participation. Through vocational training, psychosocial reintegration, and employment support, MLH empowers individuals on their recovery journey towards greater independence. Job Purpose The Centre Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Mindset Learning Hub. The incumbent provides administrative, operational, and facility support to enable the effective delivery of programmes and services, while creating a welcoming and organised environment for service users, staff, volunteers, and partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the daily operations of the centre, ensuring facilities, equipment, and resources are well-maintained, operational, and ready for programme delivery. Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager, including scheduling, documentation, correspondence, budget tracking, and general office administration. Coordinate programme logistics, including client registration, attendance tracking, programme scheduling, data entry, and maintenance of accurate records and documentation. Maintain effective filing systems and ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with organisational policies and data governance requirements. Liaise with staff, vendors, and external stakeholders to support programmes, events, centre operations, and facility management. Support procurement, inventory management, invoice and claims processing, and the coordination of centre resources and assets. Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Community Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant experience and equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply. Experience At least 1 year of experience in administration, operations, programme coordination, customer service, or centre management. Experience in the social service, healthcare, education, or community sector will be an advantage. Competencies Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using database or case management systems. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Meticulous with documentation and record management. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Passionate about supporting persons with mental health conditions and contributing to a recovery-oriented environment. Preferred Attributes Experience supporting community programmes, training, or rehabilitation services. Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and facilities coordination.
