Job Summary Provide comprehensive patient care and administrative support in a multisubspecialty ophthalmic clinic, ensuring efficient clinical operations and collaboration with the medical team. Responsibilities Conduct pre-consultation evaluations to prepare patients for ophthalmic assessment Perform refraction and prescribe glasses or contact lenses to correct vision Carry out ophthalmic investigations including biometry, visual field testing, OCT, photography, angiography, and orthoptics to support diagnosis and treatment Manage clinic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Schedule patient appointments and coordinate procedure or surgery bookings to optimize clinic workflow Process insurance claims accurately to facilitate patient billing and reimbursement Organize doctors’ diaries to align clinical schedules and patient consultations Collaborate effectively with clinic team members to deliver coordinated patient care
