Job description We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Client Relationship Executive to support our growing regional operations. This role focuses on client engagement, service coordination, and supporting business development activities across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally. Support the execution of sales and operational plans, including client follow-ups and service coordination. Prepare proposals, service agreements, and other relevant documentation for client presentations and onboarding. Actively follow up on service progress, outstanding matters, and payment collections to ensure timely delivery and billing. Issue tax invoices and maintain accurate client records within the system. Address client concerns effectively and escalate issues where necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as corporate secretarial, payroll, finance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead and drive cross-functional training initiatives across departments to strengthen operational capabilities, enhance interdepartmental collaboration, and support continuous professional development. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to support business growth and client retention. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management or superior. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines and KPIs Highly organized, proactive, and effective in prioritizing and managing competing responsibilities Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time, including assignments in China, Indonesia, and Malaysia for client meetings, business development, and operational support We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
