HR Manager/Senior Manager (Staffing)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced candidate in Staffing to drive our talent acquisition strategy and lead recruitment operations across multiple departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the staffing recruitment function, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels Manage a team of recruitment specialists and coordinate recruitment activities Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience Manage recruitment budgets and outsourced parnters relationships Lead special recruitment projects and initiatives as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment managing diverse roles Demonstrates resilience and thrives under pressure Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
