[Contract Position] Job Description: You will support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of STEP programmes by coordinating operations, analysing performance data, and enabling system‑level alignment across centres, tutors, and stakeholders. This role leverages systems thinking, data-driven analysis, and AI-enabled tools to strengthen programme execution, identify risks early, and support evidence-based decision-making—contributing to improved student outcomes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: STEP Programme Operations & System Coordination Support day-to-day operations of STEP programmes across 27 centres (25 physical and 2 virtual), ensuring alignment with policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and timelines Drive programme effectiveness through systems thinking, mapping and managing interdependencies across enrolment, curriculum delivery, tutor deployment, attendance, and assessment processes Coordinate centre activities, including programme delivery and stakeholder engagements (e.g. parent briefings) Monitor programme progress, identify operational issues or risks, and escalate appropriately Support planning and tracking of programme KPIs and timelines Stakeholder and People Management Build and sustain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including schools, government agencies etc., to support student outcomes and programme objectives Work closely with auxiliary staff (Centre Principals, Centre Administrators, Tutors etc.,) to support programme delivery, fostering a positive and meaningful experience while strengthening retention and contribution Lead, guide and motivate team to effectively plan and deliver education programmes, ensuring high-quality instruction, engagement, and learning outcomes Support staff development through regular coaching, feedback, and participation in performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely reviews and alignment with organisational frameworks Tutor Management & Deployment Support Support key administrative processes across the tutor lifecycle, including: (i) Recruitment coordination (ii) Deployment planning and tracking (iii) Performance monitoring support (iv) Training and development logistics Maintain updated records on tutor deployment and performance Identify gaps or mismatches in tutor allocation using data insights Support performance evaluation processes in line with organisational timelines Governance & Process Improvement Ensure programme operations comply with SOPs, audit requirements, and governance standards Document workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives Analyse operational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend improvements Support implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness Data, Analytics & Reporting Maintain and analyse programme data (e.g. enrolment, attendance, performance, withdrawals) using dashboards and reporting tools Use data and AI-enabled tools to: (i) Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement (ii) Support programme reviews and decision-making Prepare accurate and timely reports for management Ensure data integrity, proper documentation, and compliance with governance policies Requirements: Degree in any discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or education-related roles Experience in a non-profit or education setting will be an added advantage Good understanding of the Singapore education landscape Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse groups of stakeholders (Centre Principals, Centre Administrators, Tutors, Parents, students etc.) to ensure smooth programme delivery and prompt resolution of operational issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an added advantage Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Willingness to work weekday evenings to conduct bi-monthly centre audits as well as occasional weekends and outdoor settings, when operationally required Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required Approved Over-time hours will be compensated with time off or off-in lieu in accordance with internal policy Our Welfare: We aim to take care of your well-being.
