Operations Manager

Company Overview The company is a Singapore-based food catering and manufacturing firm located in FoodFab@Mandai, specializing in quality food product preparation, production, and supply for the catering and food service industry. Job Summary The Operations Manager will lead daily bakery production operations, coordinate cross-department workflows, support procurement and catering functions, and ensure efficient, timely production delivery. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily bakery factory operations to maintain consistent production flow and meet output targets Coordinate workflows among production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce delays Source and procure ingredients and materials promptly to fulfill production requirements Monitor operational processes and independently troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards Ensure timely delivery by effectively coordinating catering and production schedules Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless supply chain and production activities Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate prior experience in catering, procurement, or operations management roles Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced factory or production environment
