[What you will be working on] Responsibilities: Manage and follow-up on matters relating to SSG grant lapses, UEN submissions, and SkillsFuture Credit claims arising from class cancellations. Compile, validate, and prepare weekly reporting submissions for LTA. Administer results processing and generate certificates for LTA ES and PAB assessments. [What we are looking for] Requirements:- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively in a team environment. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
