Job Summary Manage food quality, safety, and menu performance by overseeing order workflows, supplier liaison, and compliance with food safety standards to support Saizeriya’s operational and product development goals. Responsibilities Manage order workflows and maintain the ordering system to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations Liaise with suppliers to monitor and enforce food quality and safety standards Resolve outlet enquiries related to food quality and safety to maintain consistent customer experience Review ingredient specifications and implement improvements to enhance product quality Conduct regular reviews of food safety and hygiene practices and collaborate with the operations team to drive continuous improvements Assist the Superior in evaluating menu selections and ingredient quality to optimize offerings Analyze menu and product performance regularly to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement Maintain and update relevant operational and performance reports consistently Generate ideas and support the Superior in developing and introducing new menu products Facilitate the launch of new menu items by coordinating cross-functional activities Regularly review and update cooking guides and kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency Conduct routine outlet visits to verify compliance with established guides and SOPs, ensuring quality standards are met Participate in outlet kitchen training to gain hands-on understanding of kitchen operations and processes Preferred competencies and qualifications University graduate Experience in food and beverage or a background in food studies is preferred Other Information Handling of non-halal food is…
