In this role, you will lead our front-of-house operations, s upporting and inspiring them to deliver their best. and provide service that creates a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home. Supervise service staff, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently met. Foster positive relationships with members to enhance their dining experience and build loyalty. Coach and mentor team members to uphold and deliver consistent service excellence. Address member concerns promptly and professionally. Proactively gather feedback to understand members’ preferences and expectations better. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols. Comply with the Club’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines. Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management. Requirements Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level. At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity Well-groomedwith a consistently professional appearance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team. Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate others. Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining focus to guide the team through busy and challenging situations. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
