Associate Engineer, TAC, Maintenance (Networks)

Provide first-call resolution and in-depth technical troubleshooting for IPVPN and MS services for enterprise customers. Manage incident ticket queues, proactive monitoring, and coordinate with cross-operational teams to ensure speedy fault resolution. Requires a minimum of an ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in English communication.
