Job Summary You will manage comprehensive accounting, HR, and administrative functions to support business operations. This includes payroll management, recruitment, government submissions, and office facilities oversight, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Process daily accounting transactions and support monthly financial closing under Finance Manager guidance Coordinate full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee orientation, leave and attendance management, and staff exits Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A income tax reporting, and insurance administration Administer employment pass (EP), S-pass (SP), work permit (WP), and letter of consent (LOC) applications and renewals Maintain and update staff handbook and company standard operating procedures (SOP) Oversee company facilities and asset management to ensure operational readiness Prepare and submit government-related surveys, statistics, and grant claims accurately and on time Shortlist candidates and conduct interviews to support recruitment needs Monitor premises insurance coverage for office and warehouse facilities Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned to support business objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Experience with Navision accounting software is advantageous Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bilingual communication skills to facilitate effective workplace interactions Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills contributing to a positive work environment Immediate availability to start work Other Information Work schedule: 5-day week, 9am to 6:30pm Annual leave entitlement: 14 days Office location: Walking distance from Marymount/Bishan MRT
