Job Summary Drive sales growth by managing overseas client relationships, performing sales calls, and supporting the sales team with accurate product information and order processing for Sinotron’s photocopier consumables. Responsibilities Conduct sales calls to overseas clients in Southeast Asia to generate and follow up on sales opportunities Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide product brochures, catalogues, and detailed information Maintain and update the prospective client database to ensure accurate sales tracking Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all company products and services to support client inquiries and sales efforts Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and pricing calculations to facilitate smooth sales transactions Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments to support sales activities as needed Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide full operational support and contribute to team goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or professional qualifications related to Sales or Marketing Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service Strong sales pitching skills, particularly over the phone, to engage and persuade clients Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Hong Kong and China counterparts Highly independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period Other Information Work location: Jalan Pemimpin (walking distance from Bishan/Marymount MRT) Work schedule: 5-day work week; 8:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Thu), 8:30am–5:30pm (Fri) Salary range: $2500 - $3000 Annual leave: 14 days
