Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Bunker Clerk to support bunker tanker operations in Singapore by managing accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with vessel crews, customers, and port authorities. Responsibilities Manage accurate documentation to support bunker tanker operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with vessel crew and cargo officers to verify bunker quantities and oversee delivery processes Liaise with customers and port authorities to serve as the primary contact for operational and documentation matters Assist in maintaining compliance with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations by keeping accurate records and preparing reports Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to support smooth bunkering activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in maritime operations or clerical support for bunker tanker activities Familiarity with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations and bunkering documentation Strong organizational skills applied to managing documentation and operational tasks Attention to detail in verifying quantities and maintaining accurate records
