E-Commerce & Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our online storefronts and support day-to-day fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple platforms, and keen to grow with a small, fast-moving team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon Seller Central Monitor stock levels and coordinate with our warehouse/3PL partner for fulfillment and shipping Respond to customer queries and resolve order issues promptly across platforms Create simple product photos, graphics, and social media content using Canva or similar tools Track basic sales performance and flag issues (stock-outs, delayed shipments, listing errors) Support ad hoc marketing and promotional campaigns as needed Requirements: Prior experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, or Amazon Seller Central (even freelance/personal store experience counts) Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for basic content creation Organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Good written communication for customer service Prior e-commerce, retail, or logistics coordination experience is a plus but not required
