JOB DESCRIPTION Manage daily spare parts requests from workshop technicians. Source and procure automotive spare parts from approved suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking. Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts accurately. Issue spare parts according to work orders and maintain proper documentation. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and supplier invoices. Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and product availability. Support cost control initiatives by identifying alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts, workshop operations, or inventory management. Good knowledge of automotive components and vehicle maintenance is an advantage. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
