Admin Digital Marketing (Tuition Centre)

Job Summary We are seeking a responsible individual to support daily operations at our tuition centre by preparing and photocopying lessons' materials, managing parent enquiries, assisting with student registration, and creating promotional posters. Responsibilities Prepare and photocopy teachers' materials and students' worksheets to ensure timely lesson delivery Respond promptly to parent enquiries via WhatsApp and phone to provide clear and accurate information Assist with student registration processes to facilitate smooth and efficient enrolment Design engaging posters using Canva to support marketing and communication efforts Support social media posting to enhance the centre’s online presence Required competencies and certifications Communicate effectively in English to support clear communication with parents Preferred competencies and qualifications Hold a diploma or higher qualification Other Information Working Hours: 2 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3.45pm–8.45pm Friday: 3pm–8.45pm (must work) Saturday: 12pm–4.30pm (time can be discussed)
