Manager, SMRT Rail Cybersecurity Centre (SRCC)

The Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading SMRT’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) function, directing real-time security operations, and leading incident response activities to strengthen cyber defence. This includes developing the SOC strategy, operationalizing incident response, and overseeing the creation of various SOC products like alerts and threat assessments. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 5-10 years of relevant experience in SOC operations or intelligence-driven security roles. Strong understanding of threat actor TTPs, threat modelling frameworks, and hands-on experience with SOC/SOAR platforms are required, with industry certifications being advantageous.
