Senior / Executive, ECS

Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to maintain air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and tunnel ventilation systems across the SMRT network. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory codes, safety procedures, and ISO standards while managing budgets and asset reliability. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with at least 10 years of supervisory experience in ACMV or BMS operations. Preference is given to candidates with experience in railway environments and specific chiller or VRV AC systems.
