Job Description Business Operations: Manage daily operational workflows and overall business processes across product lines. Partner & Vendor Relations: Maintain positive long-term relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and key partners. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and support local business growth initiatives. Market Research: Monitor market trends and customer demand to support strategic decision-making and sourcing. Performance & Reporting: Track operational metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for executive leadership. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (open to any discipline). Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Korean to communicate effectively with Korean suppliers and international partners. Professional Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities. Operational & Analytical Capability: Good problem-solving skills with basic numerical and analytical capabilities. Computer Literacy & Adaptability: Proficient in standard office software (MS Office) with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
