We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our expanding team here in Singapore: Job Description Maintain the safety standards and procedures of the day-to-day operations of the vessels we are operating Monitor and analyze shipping costs, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency Coordinating with the legal and insurance team to minimize risk and exposure Acting as a liaison between management and chartering Keep charterers and owners advised on all post-fixture activities to ensure relevant operational information is passed on timely Liaise with clients on resolution processes for post-fixture issues Handle post-fixture tasks such as freight invoices, demurrage/dispatch, and port disbursement accounts Requirements At least 5 years of experience in dry bulk operations Strong knowledge of commercial, technical and operational aspects of the industry Understanding of the Far East & South East Asia trade patterns We invite suitable candidates to submit: Complete overview of your background in the form of a comprehensive CV Detailed employment history, including achievements Education background Recent business photograph We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
