We are looking to hire an experienced Chartering Manager to strengthen our dry bulk chartering desk, covering PG and the Indian Ocean, with a focus on Handysize to Panamax vessels Job Description Fixing vessels on voyage and time charter basis within the assigned regions Actively sourcing cargoes, vessels, and business opportunities Managing relationships with charterers, owners, operators, and brokers Negotiating main terms and concluding fixtures Drafting and negotiating Charter Party Agreements Monitoring market developments and providing commercial input Maintaining and expanding a network of clients and counterparties Requirements Proven experience as a Chartering / Freight Manager in dry bulk shipping Solid market knowledge of PG and Indian Ocean trades Hands-on experience with Handysize to Panamax segments Strong negotiation and commercial skills Ability to work independently and manage fixtures end-to-end Fluent English (written and spoken) What We Offer The chance to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing shipping platform Competitive compensation package, tailored to your experience High level of autonomy and direct exposure to the market A professional, international, and collaborative working environment We invite suitable candidates to submit: Complete overview of your background in the form of a comprehensive CV Detailed employment history, including achievements Education background We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
