Waiters/Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our authentic Italian restaurant. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining environment, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus and explain daily specials, food items, and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are maintained. Check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after guests leave. Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Support opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and preparing the restaurant for service. Requirements Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Good customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
