About this role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our authentic Italian restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to achieve operational and financial targets. Lead, supervise, recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality. Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and employee performance. Monitor sales, labour costs, operating expenses, and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and workplace safety standards. Manage inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu launches, promotions, and special events. Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to senior management. Address customer concerns professionally and implement service recovery measures where necessary. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational management. Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
