Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Design, evaluate, and enhance global demand planning workflows across multiple business units and regions. Continuous Improvement: Support organizational initiatives to foster a culture of operational excellence, utilizing frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma. Best Practices Implementation: Benchmark and integrate industry-standard forecasting and planning practices across all global business units. Training & Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to upskill internal teams on advanced planning systems and methodologies. Performance Analytics: Establish, track, and analyze key S&OP metrics and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and drive data-driven improvements. Documentation & Governance: Maintain thorough documentation of core enterprise supply chain processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with global sales, operations, and IT teams to align system capabilities with overarching business strategies. Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to complex, cross-functional system enhancement projects from scoping through to successful delivery. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, tools, and system upgrades. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Operations Planning, with at least 3–5 years dedicated specifically to SAP Demand Planning modules. Technical Expertise: Proven experience configuring and optimizing advanced SAP supply chain solutions, including Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Product Lifecycle Management, and Demand Sensing functions. Enterprise Systems: Strong working knowledge of modern SAP ecosystems (such as S/4HANA, advanced cloud-based planning platforms, and Master Data Governance frameworks). Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain workstreams, particularly integration points between planning, inventory control, and production scheduling. Project & Process Skills: Demonstrated track record of leading process optimization projects. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies is highly desirable. Analytics & Tools: Proficiency in data analysis and project collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, JIRA, or equivalent enterprise productivity suites). Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
