If you want the freedom to explore, opportunities to grow, and make positive change on people lives through your work, this is the place for you. 6 Months Contract - HR Assoicate Key Responsibilities · Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, job changes, and offboarding. · Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support. · Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes (Such as job postings, resume screening, arranging interviews, etc) · Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and transactions in HR systems. · Support Payroll administration · Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes. · Supporting automation efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work in HR operations. · Assist in the execution and coordination of HR projects and initiatives as required. · Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations in all HR processes. · Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with data integrity standards. Job requirements: · Minimum Higher Nitec in Human Resources administration or equivalent. · Strong ability to manage high volume activities while maintaining strict data confidentiality. · Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR systems.
