We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and provide comprehensive HR support to ensure statutory compliance and operational excellence across our regional offices. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Strategic Manpower Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and administrative roles. Strategic Sourcing : Use innovative methods to find technical talent, such as engineers and site supervisors, through job portals, social media, and industry networking. Compliance & Onboarding : Handle work pass applications, pre-employment medical checks, and employment contracts. Talent Pipeline Building : Maintain a database of pre-qualified candidates to quickly fill recurring or critical skill needs. Employer Branding : Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment to promote the company to future talent. Statutory Compliance: Ensure all company regulations and HR practices adhere strictly to the Singapore Employment Act standards. HR Related Matters & Welfare Onboarding & Induction : Conduct 1st-day orientations, medical check-up arrangements, and distribute work pass cards. Employee Records : Maintain up-to-date personnel files (P-Files) and HR documentation for statutory audits. Welfare & Housing : Coordinate dormitory arrangements , rental agreements, and general worker welfare initiatives. Training & Certification : Track and register workers for mandatory safety courses like CSOC (Construction Safety Orientation Course) or AWSH (Apply Workplace Safety and Health). Compliance : Ensure all practices align with the Singapore Employment Act and specific construction sector regulations. Value-Add Duties Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to enhance the skills of our technical and engineering workforce. Assist in payroll administration and other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by management. Any others ad-hoc duties related to work scope as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally within the built environment , heavy equipment, or maritime/logistics industries. Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations; familiarity with Australian employment laws is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attributes: Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
