About the Role Be part of a team of officers to maintain the security & safety of our Company's premises at News Centre, Toa Payoh North. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct security screening of incoming/outgoing vehicles and personnel at gate Direct traffic and facilitate car parking Conduct routine patrol Conduct basic workplace and fire safety checks Perform guardhouse duty like security screening, pass exchange, etc Handle simple fire safety and security incidents Use security systems (CCTV, Electronic Access Control System and PMD) Who we are looking for Basic Security License from PLRD for Security Officer (3 WSQ modules) ➢ Provide Guard and Patrol Services, ➢ Provide Incident Management Services or Handle Security Incidents and Services, and ➢ Recognize Terrorist Threats Able to communicate, read and write in English effectively Physically fit and mentally alert to conduct regular patrolling Previous work experience with the Police/Armed Forces or similar work in a multi-national company would be an advantage Willing to work on rotating shift including night shift A team worker
