Responsibilities Manage and monitor all FM related systems to ensure highest level of system availability Providing level 2 support and works with vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents / issues Derive and maintain up to date technical documentation, work instructions and procedure Involved in project-based work for new implementation or improvement to existing system Supporting DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system, to be able to maintain the collection of the data from various location for central monitoring at IoC. Support of CCTV system from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC Managing Smart Facility System. Access Control, i.e. card access, Facial recognition. Manage Electronic Key Management System Updating the Smart Facility Access list Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements Degree in IT or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management Possess understanding of Facility management but without relevant experience but willingness to learn is welcome Skilled in physical security management and systems Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Work well under pressure with differing levels of people Ability to maintain confidential information and communications. Ability to plan and organize ones work in-order to meet target set Results focused and understands critically the needs of meeting customer SLA and KPI requirements .
