He/She will be designing seamless user experiences for AI-driven digital products, ensuring that complex AI technologies are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible to abroad range of users. The ideal candidate will have experience working on cutting-edge digital technology products, leveraging on AI to enhance user interactions and solve problems in creative ways. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and developers to create impactful digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who embraces modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted (“vibe”) coding, automated testing, and continuous delivery, while maintaining strong discipline in code quality, validation, and performance optimization. Be Part of Our Success Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise and web applications Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions Leverage AI-assisted development tools (vibe coding)to improve productivity while ensuring code quality and maintainability Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and standards Perform code validation activities, including peer reviews, static analysis, and automated quality checks Develop and maintain unit, integration, and regression test suites Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and system issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UX) to deliver high-quality solutions Contribute to and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes Ensure adherence to security, coding standards, and performance requirements Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI-assisted development and automation Qualities We Value Knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline/experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application software development Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript Strong understanding of: o Software design principles and application architecture o RESTful APIs and service-oriented design Practical experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) tools Solid experience in code validation practices, including: o Code reviews (AI-powered debugging and development tools) o Static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube, ESLint, PMD, Codacy) o Coding standards enforcement Strong background in software testing, including: o Unit testing (Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, pytest, Jest) o Integration testing o Test automation (AI-powered testing platforms e.g.,Testim, Mabl) Experience working with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases Proficiency with Git-based version control Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Expe…
